As guardians of the game’s rich heritage, Rugby League Cares is always interested in acquiring collections which add to the wonderful story of Rugby League.
Many people, including private collectors and former players, have also bequeathed their own collections to the charity, which preserves, catalogues and stores the items at the Heritage Quay facility at the University of Huddersfield.
Our collections feature thousands of items of memorabilia, including historic playing kit, documents, photographs and films, much of which can be accessed at Heritage Quay by members of the public.
Items from our collections will help form exhibitions that will be displayed at the New National Rugby League Museum, which is scheduled to open within the Grade 1-listed Bradford City Hall in 2021.
If you have a collection, or items of memorabilia, that you would like us to have to preserve for future generations, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
