Rugby League Cares is proud to support the Oceania UK Rugby League Group, a collective which brings together the players and families who are living and working here in the UK.
The sport in this country continues to be enhanced and enriched by the presence of players from the Southern Hemisphere, all of whom have travelled many thousands of miles away from home to play rugby league.
Settling in a foreign land is never easy and the Oceania group sets out to culture the important sense of community that exists between players and their families.
The group holds regular get togethers at which stories and experiences are shared, and runs an active support network to help families settle into their new life here in the UK.
