Colin Maskill

Colin’s professional Rugby League career began at his home-town club Wakefield Trinity in 1981 before he joined Leeds in 1984, where he would spend the next decade as a key member of the Headingley club’s pack. The hooker also played for Castleford, Featherstone Rovers and Doncaster in the latter years of his career, which ended in 1999.

His son, Danny, is a Super League player at Wakefield Trinity.

In April 2020, Colin was appointed England team manager by his former Leeds team-mate Shaun Wane, the England coach. He combines this role with his position as UK operations manager with Australian sports apparel company, ISC.
