Rugby League fans can win a 2021 Betfred Super League club jersey of their choice by signing up to our celebrated mental wellbeing programme, Offload Online Live!
From this Thursday (November 14) for six weeks we are taking Offload online and opening it up to men and women across the country to share skills and techniques needed to enjoy good mental health during the coronavirus lockdown.
The 45-minute fixtures are completely free and will be delivered by former Rugby League stars, who will share their own experiences of coping with stress and challenging situations.
