Who’s who on the 2018 UK Red Ride to Wembley

Here are the 25 Rugby League heroes who will set off on Monday morning and cycle 300 gruelling off-road miles on the UK Red Ride to Wembley for RL Cares – please support them folks!

• Kevin Walton – Leeds Rhinos fan and MD of title sponsors UK Red Fire and Security.
• Robbie Hunter-Paul – Kiwi RL legend.
• Neville Smith – Head of Rugby League for Sky Sports and Manly-Warringah fan.
• Mike Middleton – another Rhinos supporter and director of ride sponsors Spec Ltd.
• Andy Lynch – one of the hardest working props in SL history.
• Ian Needham – Leeds fan and director of ride sponsors Spec Ltd.
• Nathan McAvoy – stylish three-quarter who starred in Super League on both sides of the Pennines.
• Tracy Herd – Man Van project manager for Movember.
• Mick Cassidy – the iron man at the heart of the most successful Wigan team of all time.
• Paul Highton – ex-Salford and Wales back row, and serial fundraiser for RL Cares.
• Gareth Ellis – one of the best players in Super League and the NRL in the last 10 years.
• Simon Lewis Pierpoint – former Bradford Bulls Academy player, now an architect.
